A business plan is a formal report of a set of business objectives, the reasons why they are believed achievable, and the plan for reaching those objectives. Business plans are decision-making tools. There is no fixed content for a business plan. Rather the content and format of the business plan is determined by the objectives. The Instructor:
Eng. Hesham Nassar

      Hesham Nassar obtained his Bachelor degree as a Chemical Engineer, from Faculty of Engineering Cairo University. He started his career as a trainer seven years ago. He conducted training courses at different public universities, companies and charity associations.


      Furthermore his experience was enriched professionally by being officially certified for many international/national programs provided by professional institutes/entities. Also, having several advanced training programs, professional training diploma, globally certified courses, in addition to hundreds of practical training hours conducted for several beneficiaries, all this enhanced his ability to assess and analyze training needs professionally, customize a unique training programs adequate for any type of audience. He conducted numerous successful batches of TOT “Training of Trainers” advanced course, several advanced programs (Quality Management - Marketing - Entrepreneurial skills - Job seeking & Employability skills). These courses’ quality promoted him to work as a training consultant for several reputable institutions.


      He also provides training and management consultancies to different official institutions. Currently he is working as a Technical Consultant for several training agencies, Career counselor and Trainer at Cairo University.
