1.0- "Bayan Account"

1.1- Definition: Bayan Account is an online user account used to access all Bayan Online Services.
This including - but not limited to - Booking Events, Extra Services, Recruitment, and Community.

1.2- Information Accessibility: You account information is by default accessible only by Bayan Team.
You may change your privacy settings within and after your registration process to customize the view of your profile and account information; however, your information will always be visible to Bayan Team.

2.0- Your Information

2.1- Collecting Information

2.1.1- Information you provide: When you sign up for a Bayan Account, we ask you to provide a required basic personal information.
This information is mainly used to setup a user profile at Bayan for ease and simplicity purposes, and stored for using the online booking service.

2.1.2- Cookies: When you visit Bayan, we send one or more cookies to your computer or your other device. We use cookies to improve the quality of our services, such as tracking user trends, how people search and browse the website, login trials, and other user activity.

2.1.3- Logging information: When you access Bayan website via a browser, application or other client our servers automatically record certain information. These may include information such as your web request, your interaction with a service or webpage, Internet Protocol address, browser type, browser language, the date and time of your request and one or more cookies that may uniquely identify your browser or your account.

2.1.4- User communications: When you use any of the "communication" methods provided by Bayan, your "sent" and "received" letters are always intercepted and recorded. This including - but not limited to - using the contact forms among the website, using the recruitment forms, and using the Community.

2.1.5- Third Parties: This Privacy Policy applies to Bayan services only. We do not exercise control over any other website you may navigate to with your own choice, such as using the Maps service which is provided by Google, using a browser, or surfing the website using your cell-phone as this might expose your data through the your cell carrier.

2.2- Managing Information

2.2.1- Information usage: We use this information to identify you while using any of Bayan services, this is including the Online Services, and Onsite Services.

2.2.2- Information update: For certain services, we may give you the opportunity add more information, remove some of the extra-added information, or modify your  basic account information. Although you can totally modify your Bayan account, you cannot remove any of the basic information stated above.

2.3- Deleting Information

2.3.1- Overview: When you create Bayan Account, you provide us with some required personal information as mentioned above.
You will always be granted the authority to access and update these information.
However, for many reasons, your old data which you may have decided to modify or remove may not be totally erased as if they never exist.

2.3.2- Technical Reason: One of our security measures is taking regular backups, these backups maybe stored on a hard disk, tape, or any other media holder which may be difficult to access all your information there and modify or delete it.

2.3.3- Security Reason: This is always helpful to increase the security means and protect your identity and your account in case it was stolen.

2.3.4- Simple Reason: We need all your old data.
We are using this information to process statistics, these statistics will help us improve our services.

2.4- Erasing Information

2.4.1- Overview: Knowing that we offer all Bayan Services free of charge makes executing some actions which we see to be not important a courtesy of the team.

2.4.2- Erase Process: Complete removal of your personal information still possible, if you for some reason want to erase your data as if you never existed you will have to do the following:

a) Contact us with any of the methods shown stating your inquiry to erase your account.

b) Wait till we contact you back and schedule a personal meeting with the Information Technology Team Leader and Customer Service Team Leader.

c) Attend the scheduled meeting personally with your National Identification Card or Passport.

d) Answer some questions regarding your account information to get sure that you are the authorized account holder.

e) Discuss your motive to erase your information.

After this discussion, we will decide whether to accept or decline your request.
Upon the request approval, the process of erasing your information might take some time, we will keep you updated until the last piece of your information is completely wiped out.

3.0- Securing Information

3.1- Overview: Bayan always upgrade the means of security to keep your information safe.
We use the highest technologies to prevent any unauthorized access to where your information is stored.

3.2- Sharing Information: Sharing your information to any 3rd-party application, organization, company or anyone else outside Bayan is not a valid option for us. Bayan Team is the one and only one authorized to access your information.

3.3- Handling Security: The process of accessing the information vault is executed with many digital and physical means of security.
We promise we will do our best to always keep your information safe.

4.0- Law Enforcement

4.1- Organization Category: Bayan for Human Development is operating as Non-Profit Organization under the authority of the Institution of AlSeddik Center which operates under the laws of Arab Republic of Egypt.

5.0- Privacy Policy

5.1- Compliance: All Bayan Services complies with this privacy policy.

5.2- Changes: Privacy Policy terms will change over time, as we add or modify our range of services.

5.3- Notices: Any change to this Privacy Policy will be emailed to all Bayan users.

6.0- Bayan Identity

All stated terms of "Us", "We", "Bayan", "Team", "BOS", "BC", and "System" are all inherited under Bayan for Human Development.

7.0- ADMISSION & APPROVAL

BY USING ANY OF BAYAN SERVICES YOU ADMIT THAT YOU HAVE READ AND APPROVED THE PRIVACY POLICY STATEMENT.
